This Supplement May PREVENT DEATH from Severe COVID-19!

I just want to start by saying that I am NOT a doctor, and that nothing in this or any of my videos should ever be considered a replacement for professional medical advice or treatment.

I just share with you research that I feel could be helpful for folks, especially as we’re experiencing a surge in new COVID-19 cases in many parts of the U.S. right now.

Over the course of five different videos I’ve elaborated on evidence-based ways, some rarely discussed, that may allow you to lessen the severity of a COVID-19 infection.

One method that I’ve sung the praises of at least three times is to get ample vitamin D, including (but not limited to) supplementing with vitamin D3.

Something that darker-skinned folks, as I had explained in detail with this video, should particularly take heed of.

I strongly urge you all to go back and watch those videos, you may learn something that could help you or those you love.

This video, however, will be looking at another supplement that seems promising, at least preliminarily, when it comes to combating a lethal side-effect of severe COVID-19 infection.

And that supplement is called N-Acetyl Cysteine, which is a derivative of the amino acid L-cysteine, and a precursor to the antioxidant glutathione in our bodies.

I will simply refer to it as “NAC”, for short, throughout the rest of this video.

Growing evidence suggests that NAC, dosed at 1,200 mg per day, could help prevent the development of the cytokine storm and acute respiratory distress syndrome, both of which can be lethal side effects of a severe COVID-19 infection.

In fact a Russian researcher named Alexey Polonikov, who is a Doctor of Medical Science, has hypothesized, based on the available data and his own observations, that glutathione deficiency, especially among older adults, may be a contributing factor in the progression from a mild COVID-19 case to severe.

And that is relevant because glutathione can only be directly supplemented via injection, but supplemental NAC acts a precursor for glutathione in our bodies.

Thus, folks who have contracted COVID-19 may find that supplementing with NAC could be beneficial in preventing a severe case of the disease.

And it has other benefits as well, which are elaborated on in this evidence-based Healthline article, which I’ve linked over at my blog with all other references for this video, such as helping repair or diminish kidney or liver damage, helping overcome addiction, boosting brain health, improving fertility, stabilizing blood sugar, reduce heart disease risk, and improving immune function.

So, it seems like an all-around decent supplement. I will certainly be grabbing a bottle or two, especially as we approach the darker and colder fall and winter months, when COVID-19 may very well spike rapidly.

And I’ve found this reasonably-priced, non-GMO, vegan-friendly supplement on Amazon, which also dosed conveniently at 600 mg per capsule… so, 2 capsules per day will provide the aforementioned 1,200 mg daily dose. Thus, the cheaper of the two bottles will last you 2 months!

You will find that product linked below in the description for those interested in grabbing a bottle.

It is also worth noting that some places are REVERSING course when it comes to re-opening! And this could mean that you may suddenly find yourself without commercial gym access all over again.

So, this would be a perfect time to purchase exercise equipment, like these items pictured which I’ve linked below, all of which I personally own, that will allow you to train effectively at home… while supplies ARE currently in stock, that is!

You don’t want to be caught with your pants down and be unable to properly train… so don’t hesitate to get what you need now.

And, yes, you CAN get results at home, even with the most basic equipment and in the smallest of spaces… these are photos of my body after nearly 16 weeks without my gym!

But, you will need a solid program to follow… such as those featured in my “Basic Home and Travel Workouts” PDF, which is linked below, and costs less than 2 dollars!

And I did a whole video on strength training and cardio’s effects on COVID-19. So, do check that out!

Regular exercise is a wonderful thing to start or maintain in these times.

Anyway, leave your thoughts and comments below.
