As the title says, this is not clickbait, but it also may not be what you’re thinking. But, you can draw your own conclusion after hearing me out.
This video is a sequel of sorts to last week’s installment.
My regular viewers likely know that while I have no issue with taking supplements, generally-speaking, I am opposed to the myriad of pre-workout blends that have flooded the market for years. Plus, there are many supplements available that are, quite frankly, utter shit, and a complete waste of money.
Before I begin this video, I wanted to publicly state that this will be my final weekly video until the week of November 26th. I will be taking a short break from YouTube to focus on family.
I do plan to return with a public Q&A session on November 25th, for those who are interested. Probably around 12 PM Eastern US Time, like usual, which is 9 AM for folks on the west coast, and 5 PM for folks in England. Would love to see you all there!
