It’s been a while since I did one of these, and people seem to respond well to them.
With the cultish level of popularity surrounding carnivore and keto right now, I decided to walk folks through my current vegan ketogenic diet. Yes, VEGAN ketogenic diet. High-fat, low-carb, moderate-protein, 0% bacon, 100% VEGAN!
Given the spotlight cast on ex-vegans at the moment, as well as the anti-vegan sentiments coming out of the carnivore camp, I’ve decided to do a no-bullshit summary of my own life and experiences as a vegan.
Haven’t done one of these in a while, so here you go.
You could say this is sort of a reaction to the Carnivore / Keto fad at the moment, which seeks to directly oppose veganism.
