I received an email this past Sunday, it was from a viewer of mine, with the subject line “Which Program Is Right For Me?”, which read: “Hello Mr. McCarthy, I am very insecure about my height and body. I was wondering what your advice would be to look more masculine? As a 5’6 male I am often times laughed at by females and mocked by other males. It really pisses me off and I need to do something about it. I would love to hear some advice from you since you look masculine.”

I used to speak pretty harshly about the NoFap movement, but my views have changed on that subject for a number of reasons.

I want to start by saying that I hate the word “superfood”, but I won’t deny that it’s an attention-grabbing buzzword, so there’s that. And I do want people to watch my videos. I mean, after all, I don’t make them to collect the proverbial dust!
Anyhow, I got an interesting paper to share with you all this week, that was published this past March in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
