I base all meal plan and workout designs on the latest scientific research that I am aware of.

  • For meal plans: I customize them to fit your physique goals, body stats, tastes, tolerances, and allergies (based on the information that you provide to me upon purchase - so accuracy is recommended).  I can deny service to whoever I choose if I don't feel comfortable working with someone (for instance: someone with a particular medical condition.)
  • For workouts: I customize it to fit your schedule, level of experience, physique goals, physical limitations, and injuries (based on the information that you provide to me upon purchase - so accuracy is recommended). I also customize based on what equipment you have access to. However, I highly recommend either access to a full commercial gym or at least a decent home gym.  I can deny service to whoever I choose if I don't feel comfortable working with someone (for instance: someone with a particular medical condition.)

All purchases are final, and once a purchase is finalized, no refunds will be provided due to the customized nature of this service and design time required.

Plans do not include any updates, unless there is an error.

I will not advise on animal products. My meal plan service is exclusively for vegans.

  • For coaching calls:

This service is entirely based on availability, and is first-come-first-serve.

If you are late for your appointment, there will not be any refunds given for any lost time.

The clock begins ticking from the moment your appointment was scheduled to begin, even if you are late (i.e., if your appointment was at 1:30pm, and you show up at 1:45pm, you've lost 15 minutes of time).

No shows will also not be refunded.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so 24 hours or more in advance. At which time you can either reschedule or cancel and acquire a full refund. Any refunds requested later than 24 hours in advance will not be honored.
