While I was in the UK this past July, I collected a good deal of photographs to be used in future video content. This will be the first video utilizing some of what was captured.
On Saturday, July 9th, I was thumbing through a cookbook called “Deliciously Ella” by Ella Woodward.
It is filled with many vegan-friendly recipes, however Ella does utilize honey in some recipes — so, clearly, she isn’t a vegan, and the book isn’t exclusively vegan either.
Just putting that out there.
Nonetheless, I came across a raw vegan berry cheesecake recipe on page 193.
So, this will be my first and only video release this week. As many of you are aware from my previous, hour-long live Q&A video I had been in England for the first three weeks of July.
But, I actually got stuck there an additional week due to a flight complication. Thus, it threw off my normal production schedule.
Whatever the case, I’m back now… and ready to churn out regular content again. I want to kick off with a great question from one of my viewers named Shawn.
Do you enjoy these live Q&As? Should we do more? Let me know in the comments.
Recently a viewer asked me to discuss my thoughts on Joe Rogan’s argument that plants are living, intelligent beings, and therefore vegans are just as bad as those who consume meat.
I’ve decided to address this because it is a common, yet flawed argument I hear from the non-vegan camp frequently. And, I hadn’t yet created a “go to” video DIRECTLY addressing the topic.
