I want to start by saying that I hate the word “superfood”, but I won’t deny that it’s an attention-grabbing buzzword, so there’s that. And I do want people to watch my videos. I mean, after all, I don’t make them to collect the proverbial dust!
Anyhow, I got an interesting paper to share with you all this week, that was published this past March in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
Just a quick heads-up before I kick off: I may not be able to produce a video next week due to other obligations. The same with the consecutive weeks of September 2nd and September 9th.
However, I will be producing a video the week of August 26th, and will return to my normal, weekly production schedule starting the week of September 16th.
I do apologize in advance for these interruptions, but I must prioritize other matters in my life for those three weeks.
Now… I am probably going to sound pretty monotonous to most of you with this video, but I still feel that sharing this sort of information is important. Especially given the sea of hate vegans are being bombarded with of late.
Given the two recent mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton which, based on current information, were carried out by a right-wing extremist and a left-wing extremist respectively, I felt inspired to produce this video. The topic of discussion has a connection, of sorts, to what I feel is an underlying problem plaguing society. And, hopefully you’ll understand what I mean by the end. So, do hear me out.
Carnivores postulate about a so-called “vegan agenda”, while, seemingly, making it their mission in life, or at least here on the interwebs, to obsesses and pour vitriol over our community. All in attempts to destroy the movement.
