Is Meat Magical?

Everyone knows that you need to eat meat to build muscle . . . Right? 

RIGHT?! 

The problem is that no one has yet been able to point out to us the special components of meat that cannot be gotten from vegan sources. ​

In order to go along with this argument, we must assume that this is some kind of magic found in meat that goes above and beyond the realm of nutritional science . . .

But . . . wait a minute.

This is a science and evidence based nutrition site!

F-THAT.

I'll have a dish of science please. Yes, vegan.

Seriously though, get your ass out of the dark ages, and go make some ethical gainzz!!​
