Which BEST describes you / your overall goal?
I have a slim body,
but I want to improve the shape
of my figure, and get stronger.
I have stubborn body fat,
so I want to lean out a bit,
while improving the shape of my figure,
and getting stronger.
I am overweight or obese,
so I want to lose fat
first and foremost. But, I
also want to improve the shape of my figure,
and get stronger in the long run.
I am not as concerned about the
shape of my figure as much as I want
to be the STRONGEST WOMAN that I can!
