Is Meat Magical?

Everyone knows that you need to eat meat to build muscle . . . Right?

RIGHT?!

The problem is that no one has yet been able to point out to us the special components of meat that cannot be gotten from vegan sources.

In order to go along with this argument, we must assume that this is some kind of magic found in meat that goes above and beyond the realm of nutritional science . . .

But . . . wait a minute.

This is a science and evidence based nutrition site!

F-THAT.

I'll have a dish of science please. Yes, vegan.

Seriously though, get your ass out of the dark ages, and go make some ethical gainzz!!

Why Low Carb Vegan?

A plant-based ketogenic diet does not appear to have the same health risks as a conventional keogenic diet (that contains red meat etc.).

Some people prefer keto, or have a medical condition like epilepsy that is aided by eating a ketogenic diet.

Some people find that ketogenic diets can also be useful for feeling satiated while dieting.
