Ergo, men today have 31% lower testosterone levels, on average, than men did in 1989!

Furthermore, according to a systematic review and meta-analysis, the average sperm count among men in developed Western nations has dropped by 50-60% since 1973!

That equates to as much as 120 million FEWER sperm present in the semen of your average guy today compared to a guy back in 1973.

Yes, it is a sad state of affairs for the modern male. But, there are things you can do to reverse or prevent that sort of decline.

You can get ample sunlight, lift weights, drop body fat, have sex with a woman, stop drinking, stop doing drugs, reduce stress, sleep more, shoot guns and train for combat, as I had elaborated on in this video, and, of course, eat healthier, such as a food like nigella sativa.
