2 VEGAN Ways to Improve Sex For Women NOW! Guys + Girls Listen Up!

I thought I’d do an episode putting the ladies in focus, as shockingly, my channel analytics inform me that I have a 13% female subscriber base… or, roughly, 2,026 female audience members currently.

I am shocked by this, frankly, because my channel is basically science on testosterone-overload. And, previously, I had fewer than 10% female subs.

So, I came across two studies recently on the subject of female sexual improvement that I found interesting.

The first was published this past November, so it is fresh!

It was based on a sample size of 108 women, aged from 22-51. All of them were premenopausal.

To summarize, it discovered that women with higher levels of vitamin D3 in their system experienced significantly greater levels of desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction, as well as less genital pain than women with lower levels of vit. D3. The women with lower D3 in their system also experienced greater levels of depression associated with their sexual dysfunction.

Now, the study did not find any influence on hormone levels, in either direction, in any of the women involved. So, more research is needed to better understand WHY these outcomes occurred in relation to D3 levels. All we have now is obvious correlation, not causation.

Nonetheles, vitamin D deficiency is very common in the US, with more than 3 million cases per year!

And the Mayo Clinic recommends an intake of 600 IUs for those 1-70 years of age, as well as those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Granted, you can get D3 from sun exposure, but depending on your genetics, where you live, or even the season — it may not be sufficient enough for proper health.

Moving along. Another related study that I came across, from 2015, was based on a sample size of 50 heterosexual women. All were aged 20-52, and all were in stable relationships, but all were sexually-unsatisfied at the start of the study.

The participants were either dosed 2 servings of 300mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha extract daily, after food, w/ plain water… or they were given a placebo… for a perod of 8 weeks.

By the end of the 8 weeks, sexual satisfaction was significantly BETTER in the women who took the ashwagandha extract. They experienced better arousal and easier orgasms.

However, desire and sexual frequency were not increased in either group, but the women who took the ashwagandha more often evaluated their sexual encounters as “successful”.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb, which balances key hormone levels, and reduces stress. And I’ve covered the science supporting that aspect in a previous video, which I will link below in the description.

This restored hormonal balance and stress reduction would certainly have a positive effect on sexual quality and function.
